The creation of Global fleet is a next level move which was strongly felt by the promoter for taking the organisation to the next level, it was after having successfully established and consistently provided the services over the period of more than 14 years into the Employee transportation domain.
Global fleet solutions (I) Pvt ltd is a relay creation of its proprietary firm NGT (Noida Golden Tourism). In fact, NGT is the real accelerator for PAN India service provider, NGT has been serving companies like Orix, Mahindra Logistics, VLink etc in NCR on B2B (Back to back basis).
Now, over the period of last few years requirements of clients are getting changed because business is getting evolved and changing from an unorganised to organised manner. It's a phase of transition of traditional business to automated platform and due to that operation is getting shifted from physical to electronics through an app-based platform. Even clients are opting PAN India operators.
As the industry is getting organised so we strongly felt there is a big opportunity for us to step up and expand our wings, as in present scenario aggregation model is not viable because of the cut throat rate competition and one set margin, the contracted companies take just as they have the contract on their name but entire ground delivery, ops interface including BCP everything is being managed by sub- vendors those who have taken the site on B2B (Back to Back basis) and also takes the blunt of client penalty etc.
Looking at the overall scenario we finally decided to expand our company to PAN India level and then to have complete professional approach we have taken on board Lt. Pradeep Singh Chouhan(Retd. Indian Navy) and Mr.Kshitij Upadhyay who have very rich experience and domain expertise of fleet management in their past careers. Both of them have joined us as a promoter director to ensure a robust Management. By doing this, at one side we have a very strong proven delivery expertise- our track record of client ageing of more than 10 years exhibits our true potential, and the other side -we have a very strong professionals who can front end and lead the organisations for entire country with its own space and their leadership ability.
Despite being evolution of technology and rapid changes in employee’s transportation business, a large portion of it still remains depended on conventional way, therefore Mr Jugendra Singh and Rohit Kumar have been nominated to be Chairman and Managing Director, respectively to ensure our vision is achieved and be remain focussed towards our contractual obligations.
