Business Continuity Management Committee
Global Fleet has a Business Continuity Committee which comprises of leadership from each of the verticals (HODs) and concerned stakeholders , which is designed on a modular framework that allows us to tailor our site / location / city specific operations from the reserve pool of pre-identified vehicles.
So as to ensure that the BCM and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) are always ready for implementation at a short notice, the following activities are carried out periodically-
